Audrey: Oh goodness! Tough one for me b/c I love so many – but my favorites for online shopping – Victoria’s Secret, Lands’ End, GAP and Nordstrom.

Me: What is your online schedule like on a typical day?
Audrey: I’m honestly online all day – connected someway, somehow. My downtimes are usually from 3-8PM when the kids are home and just want to play and have some fun.

Me: What is the one piece of advice you would give to a mom that is just starting out in the blogging world?
Audrey: I would say to be honest, be open and engage with other bloggers. There’s something to be said for engagement.

Me: You seem to know a great deal about fashion! Did you work in retail? If so, where did you work and what did you do?
Audrey: I never worked in retail. I actually worked on the corporate side of the fashion world. I worked for Donna Karan International for 6 years. Starting as her personal assistant and moving through to company. My last position there was in the Shoe/Accessories division. Loved it! Learned so much from working with these creative geniuses!

Me: Do you ever feel like getting back to the 9 to 5 work day?
Audrey: No. Not one single day. I love that I can be home with my 4 sons and work right from my laptop. So many people (even family members!) have told me that I work WAY more than 40 hours a week on my laptop – but – for me the difference is, I LOVE what I’m doing.

Me: How do you balance your online life and your offline life? (or do you?)
Audrey: I try to balance it as best as I can. I still struggle with it. I try and take hours at a time off – or, at least – away from the computer. But with this social media world comes 24/7 access to everyone and everything.

Audrey: I drive a Chevy Uplander. I love that it fits us comfortably. My main attraction to it.

Audrey: Hmmm… I would have to say this Heart Rate Monitor watch that I just bought. I love it!

Me: Why do you think you influence so many people?
Audrey: I think with my blog – in giving fashion advice – it’s nice for moms to get different perspectives and ideas on outfits and styles and trends. We all deserve to look and feel beautiful, I just want to be able to share some tips to help women. I must say – I have a BLAST doing it! So much fun.

Me: What projects/events/contests do you have going on that you’d like everyone to know about?
Audrey: We’re having a giveaway right now called Dive into Summer with Huggies and Juicy Juice. We’re giving away 3 beach bags filled with summer essentials for the beach – the bags (with everything included) retail for over $100.00!
Me: Do you feel like your kid/ kids watch too much TV?
Audrey: Probably! I have been very conscious as a parent not to let the TV turn into a babysitter. But, I’m sure… compared to statistics and data out there that they watch too much. Along those same lines, we try and bring reading and as much learning into their lives as we can on a daily basis.
